JASON RIZZO
Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (#130219)
I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist offering in-person therapy in Los Angeles and virtually throughout California. I believe meaningful change becomes possible when we feel safe enough to be fully seen and deeply understood. That’s why I place our relationship at the heart of our work together.
My style is warm, relational, and down-to-earth. I bring empathy, authenticity, and humor into our work while gently challenging patterns or beliefs that may be keeping you stuck. Together, we’ll uncover the ways you’ve learned to navigate the world and the experiences that have shaped those patterns, approaching them with curiosity rather than judgment. My goal isn’t to “fix” you, but to help you better understand yourself, feel more grounded in who you are, and create more freedom in how you relate to yourself and others.
